The CIS After-school program is among more than 7,500 programs across the nation celebrating the importance of out-of-school-time programs. Lights on Afterschool is our way of sending a message to community stakeholders, policy makers, and school officials that afterschool is key to our children’s success and we must keep “the lights on and doors open” after school.
